At Amanullah & Co. Bangladesh from 2019 to 2021, I coordinated daily farm work with a team of 8-10 workers from different countries. I followed work schedules, distributed tasks according to supervisor instructions, and ensured quality of harvested products. I managed time properly to complete work before deadlines and helped new workers understand farm procedures.

Knowledge of crop cutting, sorting, and packing techniques. Can operate simple farm machinery safely and follow safety procedures. Good at maintaining and cleaning tools after work.
